Adrian S. Andrade has been practicing law on the Central Coast for over thirty years.  He graduated from the U.C.L.A.  School of Law and received his bachelor's degree from the Loyola University of Los Angeles with a degree in history and was awarded membership in Phi Apha Theta, for conspicuous attainment and scholarship in the field of history.
    He first practiced with California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA), handling complex class action employment discrimination cases. Since 1977, Mr. Andrade handled all types of other complex civil litigation including personal injury cases, breach of contract, joint venture cases, sex harassment, age discrimination cases, and mobile home cases. Mr. Andrade also handled many complex criminal cases including murder and several capital cases. Mr. Andrade has practiced in both State and Federal Court. He is admitted to several district courts in California and to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

    Mr. Andrade has tried a number of lengthy complex matters in the criminal and civil arenas. He tried a first degree stabbing case which resulted in a voluntary manslaughter.The next day, he began the first successful farm  worker sexual harassment case in California which resulted in a verdict for his client. The Wall Street Journal and Daily Journal reported the verdict.
